Fulton County Car Wreck Results in Death of Passenger

Three teenagers were involved in a deadly automobile crash Tuesday on New Providence Road.  The 19 year old driver was speeding when he lost control of his pickup truck.  The truck flipped twice, ejecting the two passengers.  One passenger died at the scene; the other is still hospitalized in serious condition  with substantial injury.  The passengers were both students at nearby Milton High School in Alpharetta  in Fulton County, Georgia.  The accident remains under investigation.  It appears that all of the passangers and the driver need an attorney to sort out the rights and duties.
