Fatal Head-On Collision Will Not Result in Charges

Forsyth County officials announced last week that no charges are expected to be filed in a fatal Atlanta area auto accident involving a gasoline tanker and a pickup.  The driver of the pickup truck, an Alpharetta native, died in the wreck that shut down Dawsonville Highway.  The truck driver, from Gainesville, Georgia, was not injured in the accident.  Although no criminal charges are expected, an accident injury lawsuit is still likely.   It is likely that the big truck driver will need an Atlanta Workers Comp Attorney for a workers compensation claim at the State Board of Workers Compensation. An Atlanta Injury Attorney may also be needed for personal injuries that were incurred in the accident.
