Will I have to go to court?

A: At Kaufman Law, P.C. we make every effort to satisfactorily settle your case without having to go to trial.  However, whether or not we can settle your case depends on many factors and is impossible to predict.  Our primary goal is to ensure that our clients are fairly compensated for the injuries they suffer due to the negligence of others.  We make every effort to obtain that compensation without resorting to lengthy litigation; however, it is sometimes unavoidable.
